Will this exercise routine help me lose weight?

Alright, I've been wanting to workout for the longest time ever since I finished PE class earlier this semester.
I always tend to eat like a pig, even though my metabolism is incredibly fast.
Lately, I've had the urge to lose a couple of pounds and gain some muscle.
Here's what I've been doing:
Morning: Eat bowl of Cheerios with Silk Soymilk.
Cup of hot green tea.
Afternoon: School, haha. I drink about 4 bottles of Arizona
Green Tea a day.
Night: Jog for 20-30 minutes. (Running partially.)
100 Ab Crunches/ 20 per set of 3.
I know there is so much more I can do, but, that's what I've been doing for now.
Whenever I do it, it works; but, I need an honest answer on how that looks.
Will it help me lose weight?
What more could I do?

Yes but try to switch to water which can help burn fat more. You're doing pretty well, but I'd suggest you do 200 crunches a day from now on, 100 in the morning and 100 at night.
I remember I used to work out but now I'm lazy lol
