What should I wear to my interview tomorrow with my black suit: Blue frost shirt or Gray shirt with black tie?
This is my first interview with this company and I can't decide what to wear. I've been thinking the blue shirt would do best with the black tie (the black tie has a few diagonal stripes that are also blue and gray). But the gray with the black tie seems to look more professional but more conservative.

You're very perceptive if you look at the gray shirt as appearing conservative. Some people just look at what matches, but not at how it 'appears.'
Now here's the thing - if you're applying for a job where wearing a suit is appropriate, then ask yourself if conservative would be appropriate as well. Conservative may well be your ticket. Often professional and conservative are one and the same.
If however the place is trendy or hip, then go with the blue frost.
