The socks in the dark color can match with any color clothes except you go with a light color dress with a bit light tone socks. Even for that, the color of socks should also be darker than clothes. If you do not have sports shoes, the white socks can be useless, especially not for any leather shoes. The length of socks should be long enough to cover the calf, not just ankle. The dark color socks in exquisite fabrics are preferred rather than the ones with flower patterns.
The leather shoes with shoestring are a formal choice and the ones without shoestring are suitable for jackets and casual outfit. The black leather shoes can be matched with any color clothing on any occasion. The low-heeled shoes show more gentlemen spirit but the rough thick heel shoes can be worn only if you want to be exaggerated unique. Keep your leather shoes clean and shinning before you wear it.
As the spirit of men, the simple dark color neckties with striped patterns are in high authority. The striped, dark lattice, or geometric ties are more acceptable but the patterns of aircraft, golf are not recommended for most occasions. If it is not very complicated appearance, the simple color shirt can go well with sophisticated colorful neckties. The shirts in flower patterns are full of changes so the plain neckties are needed to stand out. If the selected ties are also too much color, the focus will be lost. The necktie with a small dot pattern is a good choice for a plaid shirt. The striped shirt can have more options for neckties, such as plain, twill, small patterns with an even distribution, or dot ties. The similar color matching trend is more popular in the past few years that the color of neckties should be darker than the shirt.
For formal events, necktie might be an important accessory. All ties, including silk necktie, should match one's overall decor.
