Blonde hair, green dress, what kind of makeup?
I'm getting ready for an awesome holiday party in two weeks...so excited! Anyways, I have a tendency to just do a smokey eye and leave it at that, but my dress's color doesn't really lend itself to that sort of styling.
Details about me - dark blonde hair, light green eyes, pale skin with freckles, 25 (so not too old or too young), wearing gold accents (heels and jewelry) for the night

hey girl, I don't think you should put any green on your eyes at all.
your eyes and dress will already match, but to make that green in your eyes stand out I think you should deffinetly go with black eye liner top and bottom, not too thick because thats not classy.
some mascara too. finish it off with some brownish gold eye shadow on the top.
not tooo muchh, but enough to get it a little sparkly.
you're going light, so you should have at least one dark thing on you.(eyes)
