How can I design a necktie?
so Its almost the end of the school year and I want to make my student teacher a tie. I am just going to buy a basic necktie and design it with puff paints and crafty things. But, I dont know what to put on it. I need some ideas

I was thinking of maybe making a characature of him and putting it on the tie?

does your school have any guidelines about this sort of thing? many schools today prohibit gift-giving, especially between students and teachers. as unfair as that might sound to you, it is to protect all the parties concerned. this teacher is still a student, at the beginning of his career, and really it's probably not proper for him to receive gifts like that.
if, instead of one individual girl, the entire class were to collaborate on an 'end-of-term' gift, it might be more acceptable. that would be up to your school.
i wish you well. i'm sure you will remember this teacher. he will probably remember you. (i still remember the teachers who were special to me, and i found that i still remember my students who stood out, both the good ones and the not-so-good ones.)
