At the edge of Washington's hair tie there is not a mint stamp like the others I've seen. All of the other's have the "D" for the mint stamp.
In 1976 coins from the Philadelphia mint had no mint mark. The P mint mark was not added to the quarter until 1980. So it has no extra value and is worth a quarter unless in high mint state grade.
