Mens Tie Designer
You can pledge your allegiance to military regiments, you can announce your association to clubs, you can advertise your sporting fraternity, you can show an aggressive lack of concern for what other people think, and you can decorate your neck with a small piece of silk known as a tie, or cravat, or jabot (bow tie).
The Peacock
For men a tie is plumage, like a peacocks feathers, a way to express your individuality. And have a bit of fun coordinating with your suit, cufflinks and pocket square. Why does a peacock fan his feathers? In the same way, a tie is worn as decoration and primarily to attract the attention of women, if women pass positive comment on your choice of decoration, you've made the right choice.
Your choices
So when choosing consider the colours that appeal to women, and, don't be afraid to move beyond conventions. Most importantly pay no attention to what your male office colleagues or friends will say, peer group influences are generally negative, they will strip away your individuality, undermine your own confidence and put you under their control. There is nothing wrong with men wearing pink, or vivid floral patterns, even with in conservative style frameworks there is room to indulge, not all stripes and polka dots are alike.
Add Colour
You can add a little more colour by introducing a lapel badge, and if you're really conscious about forming a collection, then harmonize through colour. A lapel badge, cufflinks, tie and pocket square thoughtfully coordinated are sure to appeal to women. Speaking from experience, on many occasions complete strangers have made a point of complimenting me on my choice of adornment. There is one particular collection that I wear that attracts positive attention from the opposite gender on every occasion, a combination of aqua, orange and blue. These colours are a real winner and I just love it when women pay close attention, it gets them in nice and close, so there feminine presence is felt.
A little advice
Your tie should sit just above the belt buckle, with the tip of the blade just slightly above. As the belt performs three functions, one, to hold up your trousers, two to create proportion, and, three decoration, it is not wise to cover your nice buckle with and besides it will be out of proportion and immediately noticeable.
Even a belt buckle can make a difference. It completes the upper body in proportion and performs all the necessary functions.
A Little More Advice
Try to pay more attention to grooming, finger nails always clean and trimmed, shoes polished every day, neat and tidy hair, well ironed shirt, people will notice and you are judged accordingly.

Conclusion
A silk tie is worn primarily as decoration, so a perfect knot and correct length all go toward concluding the overall look. What is the best knot? "The Full Windsor", why? There is something about it that women find very sensual, don't believe me? Try it and ask the question. This aside, it holds all day long and framed by a well constructed collar looks super smart.
