How can I find a manufacturer for my new product (men's ties)?

I am in the very early stages of starting a men's line of clothing. I would like to begin with one product and then over time add additional items to the line. I've been having somewhat of a difficult time locating a manufacturer for my first product, men's ties. I would like some made of silk, but also some of wool and other various materials or blends. I have found a couple of overseas producers that might be able to only handle the silk ties. I would prefer to find a manufacturer here in the U.S. (I am in Phoenix, Az) who could either produce the materials and the ties or at least one that could produce ties from fabric I provide. This has been a challenge and something of a surprise to me because I am not asking anyone for money or selling anything, instead I'm offering to pay for a service. Any information you could provide on where I could look for a producer of my products would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.
