i want to buy a beretta 92 9mm but are they all made in italy?
preferably i wanted the stainless steel but it was alot more expensive someone told me it was because they dont make stainless anymore. so i want the matte black police edition but it says made in usa. is it possible to get one made in italy?
From the beretta pistols I owned there was no differences between the ones made in Italy and the US. The US plant had to be made because of the contract with the military. There are Beretta fans out there that want Italian pistols but I havent seen a difference in them. Stainless costed me more but that was the same with any other pistol I bought.
I may want to check there website and look for Inox (stainless) 92FS last I seen they were still on there but I'm still gonna double check. Both Beretta's main site and Beretta USA's site should have that info on the Inox pistols. Gunbroker usually has plenty of police special 92's and inox 92's. There may also be sales there for Italian pistols. You just have to keep your eyes open on there.
