Is this a good back to school budget for clothing?
2-3 jackets: $90
A pair of abercrombie jeans (only kind that fits my runners legs) : $80
Two cute pairs of flats: $100
A new pair of heels: $60
3-4 silk or cashmere scarves: $100 (big pashmina scarves, not tiny little buggers)
New make-up: $80 for mascara, foundation, eyeliner, blush and shadow
Some layering tanks, 3-4: $50
A new day dress: $60
I have lots of shirts and plenty of skirts and things like that. Am i spending too much on some things and not others?
I work two jobs by myself, and buy everything with my own money, no help from any body else.

I would have to say you're spending much more than needed.
Getting 2-3 jackets for $90 is a decent amount, but seriously, two pairs of flats for $100? That's overdoing it. A new pair of heels could cost $60, depending on where you go. I'm not sure what you're going to do with 3-4 scarves, but whatever floats your boat. $80 for makeup is ridiculous. You can get layering tanks on sale now at Old Navy for $8.50 a piece. $60 on one dress is a bit much too.
I wouldn't spend as much money as you're planning on spending. There are definitely cheaper ways to go about "budgeting" for school things.
