Step 1. Select your vase, basket, or container. This can be really crucial since this will determine the size, shape, and style of your arrangement. Unless you really do that step, you can end up starting this project over numerous times.

It will look a little funny at first, but this will be your guide for the rest of the arrangement..
Step 4. Measure and place your secondary flowers. To elaborate on that a bit, these are your medium size flowers and bud flowers. They will fill in some of the empty space left by your main flowers and give further definition of the arrangement shape..
Step 5. Measure and place your filler stems. Just as the term suggests, these flowers are used to fill up the rest of the empty space in the arrangement. If you are making an arrangement with a clear vase using liquid illusion, mix and add the solution now..
