can you dye ?
silk sheets... i have purple silk sheet (bleh) but im thinking crimson red or black would be phucking classy .... lemme know thnx ♥
Silk is not difficult to dye. It's a natural fiber and takes to many dye techniques. The colour is a bit iffy; I don't know if you would be able to get crimson red, but you would be able to get a deep burgundy red. Black is do-able, but use more dye when dyeing to completely cover the purple. If you wanted green or yellow, youd be out of luck. 
Rit dye, the one available at the supermarket has an excellent product for home dyers. Her's their home page:
