No..I wouldn't attempt that project yourself. Depending on what kind of brackets you have on your front teeth(ceramic or metal) what if you pop off a tie elastic and the bracket comes off with it??. If you are in that much of a hurry..ask to be seen sooner. Tell your ortho you want to change your tie elastics to suit your christams spirit..or something. I would also inquire if there will be an extra charge for coming in before your reg. scheduled appt(non emergency.) Good luck to you!
