Ive been doing this routine for about a week
100 crunches with 20 pound weights
100 bicep reps 10 pound weights each hand
100 tricep reps 10 pound weights each hand
50 chest reps 10 pound weights each hand
30 forearm curls(tie a weight to a stick and curl it up burns..)
dont say 10 pounds rnt enough my friend uses them and hes build quite well
I also do about 10 to 15 pushups
Im 6'5 slim, 150 pounds, fast metabolism, eat well.
You will see results, but maybe not the results you are looking for. Doing high reps with low weight is great for toning and strenghtening muscles, but it won't do much for building mass. You can't judge your workout by your friend's, he may have an entirely different build. If you're trying to tone and shape the muscles you currently have, you should see results fairly soon, within a few weeks--but if you're trying to build mass you'll probably need to lift more weight. You might want to increase the amount of pushups you do and try butterflys instead of dumbell press.
